Jeremy

Jeremy Robbie

Managing Director

Jeremy’s career has spanned more than two decades, starting out as a toolmaker / machinest and later moving into product and sales engineering roles.  In 2005 he began working with Chinese manufacturers and travelling from factory to factory, city to city t review the most capable production engineering facilities.  Through his experience he has gained a wealth of global contacts and a truly comprehensive understanding and skill set relating to strategic sourcing and contract manufacturing.

Jeremy manages Linkeight’s overall operations from the Kapiti based office and over the years Jeremy has enjoying the privilege of solving problems for New Zealand clients; generating positive outcomes in efficiency, cost and quality which enables them to compete globally.

Ken

Ken Robbie

Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Ken’s career has spanned more than four decades and has covered a wide range of disciplines. Starting off as Company Secretary for JEWatsons of Invercargill and then moving on to international corporates Ken quickly realised his passion for global business networks. After moving abroad to Hong Kong in the 1980s Ken has since clocked up three decades of experience focused specifically on establishing production and logistics networks within China for a range of global clients. Ken has since developed and written a market leading production/logistics portal which has revolutionised the Linkeight business model.

Ken’s role within Linkeight is to assist in the assessment of new business opportunities and pairing factories to support those opportunities. Ken’s ability to align factory and customer expectations is fundamentally crucial when it comes to establishing solid supply chain networks.

Susan Qui

Susan Qiu

Logistics & Production

Susan has more than 20 years’ experience in managing production co-ordination in China for a wide range of New Zealand and United States based companies. She has extensive skills in working with strategic partners, explaining customer expectations and assisting the factories to ensure those expectations are met. 

Susan manages the Linkeight China office, pre-production samples and inline quality assurance, she also conducts frequent factory visits to check production status and coordinates final inspections & shipping arrangements.

Susan relishes seeing a smooth process take shape from sampling right through to final packing.
