START SAVING WITH SUNSHINE!
Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems made easy with Linkeight.
With ever increasing commercial power rates and environmental impact awareness at an all-time high, now is the perfect time to think about making efficiencies and reducing your carbon footprint through solar energy.
A Solar Photovoltaic System or Solar PV System as it’s more commonly known could provide your business a lower cost and more environmentally friendly alternative to other renewable energy systems.
We use a database of audited suppliers and trade associations to tap into China’s scale of economy so we can source the best off-the-shelf industrial products fit for your purpose. Our relationships and knowledge give us the ability to match suppliers to your specific needs and business goals.
We can source orders from as little as 50 units or supply into the millions, making sure units are delivered on time and are of a quality standard that meets or exceeds your expectations.
WHAT IS A SOLAR PV SYSTEM
A Photovoltaic System is an electric power system which supplies useable solar power via photovoltaics. A Photovoltaic System is comprised of various components which include solar panels that absorb and covert natural sunlight into electricity. A solar inverter is
incorporated which coverts the output from DC (direct current) to AC (alternating current).
Generally installed via rooftop application, Solar PV Systems are now a mainstream method of electricity generation that quickly recoups the invested outlay of a turnkey installation.
SOLAR PV SYSTEM BENEFITS
> Can be made available almost anywhere there is sunlight
> Are environmentally friendly with no harmful greenhouse gas emissions
> Have low operating and maintenance costs associated compared to other renewable energy systems
> Are totally silent and produce no noise so are suitable for urban and residential areas
> Solar PV Systems are a depreciative asset which off-sets your income tax

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Cost is dependent on the size of the project and how many panels are involved.
Typically a local electrician – Linkeight may be able to recommend based on location.
System design and the quote and supply of hardware only. Installation charges are excluded.
The return on investment for a solar kit is approximately 8% for the purchase. Long term (real) savings are dependent on the size of the system.
Yes. The asset is depreciative and daytime hour business hours align well with peak generation times.
It depends on your daytime load. For example a hot water cylinder is a 2kw load to offset this you would need a system size of approximately 2.5kw.
Yes, based on the style of inverter we use (microinverter) these systems are 100% modular and expandable, but limited to your available roof area.
It depends on your lifestyle/business needs. If you are at home /operating all day then you can take advantage of the solar generated and maximise your ROI. If you work during the day and the majority of your load is after sunshine hours then batteries would help maintain a reasonable ROI.
